Ripple by Pebble

Give your AI enough of your brand to stay on brand.

Everyone using AI hits the same wall: giving it enough of the brand to stay on brand. Inside a marketing team, across the company, and across every client in an agency's or fractional's portfolio.

Works inside Claude.ai, ChatGPT, Claude Code and Codex, and most AI tools that accept a custom MCP connector.

The problem

AI fills the gaps either way.

Give an AI tool your company name and your industry, and it fills the knowledge gaps with the industry average. The drafts come back sounding like everyone else. And every time your message changes, someone has to update every prompt, project and file by hand.

What Ripple is

One source of truth everyone works from.

Ripple holds your brand in one place: positioning, buyers, voice, proof and design. Every person on your team, and every AI tool they use, works from the same version. Pebble builds it and keeps it current for you, from the research and strategy to the upkeep.

Your team works with it through three AI agents, right inside the tools they already use, like Claude and ChatGPT. You choose how much a person reviews before anything goes out.

  • Brand guide

Positioning, audience, message, voice and rules. One edit updates everything.

  • Channel guides

How your brand works in each channel you use.

  • Voice and examples

Calibrated on your own approved content.

  • Verified records

Facts, claims, proof, case studies and never-say rules, each linked to its source.

  • Calls and buyers

What buyers say on your calls, with every quote matched word for word to the transcript.

  • Market research

Dated, and kept beside older snapshots so you can see how things moved.

  • Design system

Your design and templates, ready to use without starting over.

  • Memory

Decisions, preferences and corrections from past sessions.

Your other tools count too

When a CRM, SEO tool or call recorder is connected to the same AI, the Strategist pulls from it with your brand already loaded.

Nothing is improvised

Facts are looked up from the records at the moment they're used.

How it works

Three agents, one foundation.

Writing, research and channel playbooks all run through the Strategist. The other two check what it produces. You choose how much a person reviews before anything goes out.

The Strategist

Your day-to-day partner, and the one you connect to.

You ask
Plan a campaign. Draft a post, page or email. What did buyers say on last week's calls?
You get back
Work that fits your strategy and voice, with a source behind every fact.

The Quality Gatekeeper

The reviewer. It checks posts, pages, emails, decks and plans separately from the Strategist, so nothing grades its own work.

You ask
Review this post before it goes out. Does this page follow our rules? Is every claim in this deck on record?
You get back
A pass or fail against your rules, your approved claims and the common signs of AI writing, plus what to fix.

The Synthetic Buyer Models

Your test audience, built from real customer calls and research.

You ask
How would our buyers react to this headline? Which of these two angles lands better? What would they type into Google when they first notice the problem?
You get back
Each buyer's read, the reasoning and a confidence rating. A fast, directional check that gets you close. Real buyers still have the last word.

What a confidence rating means

When a buyer model reads something, it says what it would do next and how ready it is to act, and it explains why. That rating is its confidence. It tells you how a buyer like that is likely to react, so you can sharpen the message before real buyers see it.

What it catches
Whether the problem lands, where trust drops off, words a buyer wouldn't use, and the question that would stall them before they act.
What it doesn't
It's a quick, directional read from models built on real calls and research. It won't tell you how many people will book, it doesn't replace talking to real buyers, and it can't vouch for a fact. Checking facts against the records is a separate step.

A look inside

Two pages from Pebble's own foundation.

Pebble runs on Ripple too. Here's what the agents read when they write for us.

From the brand guide · Voice

Plainspoken

Describe what is happening, not what it sounds like.

We say
"Ask a tool for copy with just your company name and industry, and what comes back is likely AI slop dressed as really good content."
Not
"AI is revolutionizing how brands harness the power of context."

From the verified records · A claim

"Yes, there is a need for this."

The need and the architecture, recognized unprompted from outside.

Receipt
An outside operator (a fifteen-year developer and former growth marketer), unsolicited, June 4, 2026.
Status
Verified. Cleared for the website, attributed anonymously.

Every claim the agents use comes from a record like this one.

A foundation that lives

Your brand keeps moving. Your foundation keeps up.

Your outside agencies work inside the same guardrails, starting from your positioning.

New sales and customer calls feed the foundation, and anything in them that challenges the strategy gets flagged for review.

Changed once, with a reason
One dated edit, with the reason written down. Older research stays beside the new, so you can see what moved.
Picks up where you left off
Every session opens with a short summary of the last one.
Yours to keep
Your research, documents and outputs are yours, and they stay yours if the engagement ends.
FAQ

Questions about how Ripple works

Do we have to change the AI tools we use?
No. Ripple works inside Claude.ai, ChatGPT, Claude Code and Codex, and with most AI tools that accept a custom MCP connector. We work with you on the tools your team already uses.
Is Ripple a tool we use or a service you run?
A service. Pebble builds your Ripple and keeps it current: the research, the strategy and the upkeep. Ripple is where it lives, and your team uses it through three agents, inside the AI tools they already work in. We review it regularly to make sure every change is correct and carried through.
Do agencies and fractionals need one Ripple per client?
Each client gets its own private Ripple, walled off from every other client's. You work across them, and each person sees only what they've been given access to.
How is our data handled?
Your Ripple is its own private workspace, walled off from every other client's, and each person sees only what they've been given access to. Your material only trains your own Ripple and its agents.
What happens when the AI doesn't know something?
It looks for a record. When there isn't one, it says so instead of guessing.
Are the Synthetic Buyer Models real people?
No. They're models built from real customer calls and research. They give a quick, directional read on how buyers are likely to react, so the message gets sharper before it reaches real buyers. Real buyers still have the last word.
Do we keep what's built?
You keep all the research, documents and outputs, and they stay yours if the engagement ends. Ripple itself (the code, scripts and skills that run it) stays with Pebble.
What if we need content production, AI-search visibility or marketing ops?
That work runs downstream of Ripple, and Ripple makes it faster and easier. We provide some of those services ourselves and bring in partners for the rest.
